bdt83 Terms & Conditions

To register and use bdt83, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdt83 does not permit any person under 21 to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bdt83 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with bdt83 and confirming that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full before proceeding.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You accept that bdt83 may verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any point during your use of the platform.

Each person may register only one account on bdt83. When you register, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address if applicable. bdt83 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Accepted documents for KYC verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — the preferred document for Bangladesh-based players.
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Driving licence accepted as a secondary identity document alongside proof of address.
• bdt83 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering obligations or to resolve a dispute.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt83 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdt83 will never contact you to request your password through any channel — any such communication should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported to bdt83 support immediately. You agree to notify bdt83 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. bdt83 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may close your bdt83 account at any time by contacting customer support. bdt83 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: the player has breached these Terms; the account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; identity verification has failed; or the player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy. Upon account closure, any outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Cash balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

bdt83 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All deposit amounts are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By submitting a deposit, you confirm that the payment source belongs to you and that the funds are not derived from illegal activity.

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard — subject to card issuer approval and applicable transaction limits.
• bdt83 does not charge deposit fees. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically under 90 seconds for mobile wallet deposits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdt83 account. bdt83 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed on the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 3-5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• bdt83 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in any 30-day period.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by bdt83 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and time limits. The following general conditions apply to all bdt83 promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified promotional window. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically after the promotional period ends.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets or bonus-eligible bets as specified. Bets placed on both sides of the same market (hedging) do not count towards rollover.
• bdt83 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings where the terms of the promotion have been breached or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Existing players who open a second account to claim a welcome bonus will have both accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt83 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing a suspension.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Using bdt83 accounts to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity. bdt83 actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and reports concerns to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market available on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claiming process.

All content on the bdt83 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of bdt83 or is used under licence from its respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the bdt83 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bdt83's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt83 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. bdt83 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances outside bdt83's reasonable control including telecommunications outages, power failures, or acts of nature. The total aggregate liability of bdt83 to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute between you and bdt83 regarding a bet, game result, bonus, payment, or account matter, you must contact bdt83 customer support in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. bdt83 commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a full written response within 14 calendar days. Where you are not satisfied with bdt83's response, you may escalate the matter in writing. bdt83 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. All disputes are governed by the terms of this agreement and applicable law. You agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of bdt83 shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or collective action.

bdt83 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion that players can activate at any time. Players who activate self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period, and bdt83 will take reasonable steps to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to self-excluded players during that period. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use bdt83's self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. bdt83 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; the player's account activity poses a risk of financial, reputational, or legal harm to bdt83; the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or applicable law or regulatory guidance requires bdt83 to restrict or cease providing services to that player. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, bdt83 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

bdt83 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdt83 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email. The updated Terms will be published at bdt83.bio/terms-conditions and will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of bdt83 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
